We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants for 1st shift and 2nd shift for full‑time & part‑time positions to join our healthcare team. We also offer Weekend Warrior positions for all shifts. The Nursing Assistant will provide essential support to patients in our long‑term care facility.
This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and be knowledgeable in medical terminology. A routine CNA shift is 8 hours, rotating weekends/holidays, no set schedules.
Duties- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status accurately.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance their quality of life.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities for patients with disabilities or limited mobility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans effectively.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, utilizing knowledge of emergency medicine when necessary.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in caregiving.
- Previous experience in long‑term care or senior care is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of caregiving principles and practices.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation as required by healthcare standards.

Pay rate: $16.50 up to $24.21 based on experience and benefit class.
