The Manager of Nursing Operations at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus is responsible for leading clinical operations, addressing urgent situations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who thrive in high-pressure environments.

• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Department/Unit: Main Campus
• Schedule: Part-time, Day shift

• Serve as Administration on-site and responsible agent for urgent situations.
• Initiate, prioritize, and resolve situations impacting patient care delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care services in a unit.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for health services delivery.
• Monitor and adhere to the annual hospital operating budget.
• Approve expenditures and purchases to ensure budget compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Experience: 5 years of recent clinical nursing practice in an acute care organization, 3 years of progressive nursing management in a large healthcare facility

  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA)
