We are seekinga compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join ourteam for theday shift. Theideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional, resident-centeredcarewhile promoting dignity, independence, and qualityof life. Asa member ofour nursing team, you willbe responsible for delivering skilled nursing care, assessing andmonitoringresidents' health status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and responding promptly to changes in condition. You will ensure accurate andtimely documentation of all nursing care, communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and participate in developing and updating individualized care plans.

Additional responsibilities include supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring compliance with infection control practices andsafety protocols, completing admissions, discharges,and transfers asneeded, and maintaining compliance with stateand federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards. Youwill assist with wound care, medication management,physician orders, andresidenteducation while fosteringa positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, strong organizationalandcommunication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, anda genuine passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
