• Schedule: 40 hours per week with a variable weekly schedule
• Coverage Needs: Every other Saturday, including on-call as needed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Work Setting: Offsite dialysis coverage with flexibility to support additional nearby facilities based on census

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of dialysis nursing experience required
• Experience in a patient-focused, fast-paced clinical environment preferred
• Ability to adapt to variable assignments and multi-site dialysis coverage
• Reliable transportation is required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Must meet onboarding requirements and documentation standards

• Provide safe, compassionate dialysis nursing care to patients across assigned locations
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and elevate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with the care team to support efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes
• Assist at alternate facilities when census is low at the primary site
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Support every-other-Saturday coverage and on-call responsibilities as scheduled
• Deliver professional, patient-centered care while adapting to changing daily needs
