• Pay: $39.50 - $59.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Fairview Hospital
• Department/Unit: Operating Room
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Support the Nurse Manager with supervising and supporting RNs and other nursing support caregivers.
• Supervise admissions, conduct assessments of patient's needs, and initiate nursing care plans.
• Evaluate and document patient progress.
• Facilitate the planning, implementation, development, and evaluation of nursing programs, initiatives, and objectives for the unit.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of health services.
• Serve as a liaison between the manager, caregivers, and other areas within the organization.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services.
• Prepare schedules of work assignments assuring adequate coverage.
• Participate in and support quality improvement projects, outcomes studies, and research initiatives.
• Assist in orienting new caregivers.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of recent RN experience required
  • Perioperative experience preferred

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be presented upon hire or within the first year of employment
