About This Role

The RN in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus provides specialized nursing care for newborns with complex medical needs. This role is ideal for dedicated caregivers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

• Pay: $43.00/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
• Department/Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ASN, BSN program)

• One year of current acute care RN experience

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider Status through the American Heart Association (AHA)
