Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a Per Diem On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to support hospice patients and their families in the Greater Cleveland area. This on-call role emphasizes compassionate assessments and coordination of care in critical moments.
Qualified candidates will have an RN license, a Bachelor’s in nursing or health care, and at least 1 year in a medical-surgical setting; hospice experience is a plus. Excellent EMR skills and CPR certification are preferred.
