Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering patient care under RN supervision, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform focused patient interviews to identify needs.
- Assess physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.
- Assist in managing patient care and perform assigned duties.
- Current LPN license in the practicing state.
- Valid health certification, PPD or Chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Offers flexible shifts including day, evening, night, and weekends, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work.
