Job Title:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Evenings and Weekends

Location:

Parma, Ohio

Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for applying the nursing process and delivering patient care under RN supervision. Performs assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates care for adult and pediatric patients in homecare settings. Tasks include conducting focused interviews, monitoring signs of physiological and psychosocial changes, analyzing data, and documenting nursing diagnoses. Assists in managing patient care and collaborates with healthcare team members.

• Current LPN license in the practicing state
• Health certificate, PPD or Chest X-ray, and BLS certification

Knowledge of nursing standards, strong assessment and communication skills, ability to manage patient care, and teamwork orientation.
