Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44113!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Cleveland, OH

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate evaluations
• Document hours worked using the designated time-tracking platform
• Complete required pre-start and annual facility modules within designated timelines

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or active Compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross ACLS certification in hand at time of submission
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months

• 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility location
• Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity of compliance-driven onboarding processes
• Experience with ECG rhythm interpretation in an acute care setting

• Opportunity for an extended contract assignment of up to 20 weeks providing valuable winter coverage experience
• Local candidates are accepted, making this an accessible opportunity for Ohio-based nurses
