About This Role

The RN Surgery Resident in the ENT OR at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus provides direct nursing care while participating in a residency core curriculum focused on surgical learning. This role is ideal for new graduates or those with less than one year of RN experience who are eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
• Department/Unit: ENT OR
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on surgery core learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity, preference, and resource availability.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
