Must-Have Requirements

Active Ohio RN License or Compact License in hand at submission

BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

ACLS

NIHSS

Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience

Minimum 18 months total permanent staff RN experience in specialty

Ability to pass:

• ECG Rhythm Recognition Exam
• Safe Medicate Exam

(Both completed during orientation. Only 2 attempts allowed.)
