About This Role

The RN in the Women and Children's Float Pool at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital provides exceptional care for Mother/Baby patients, pediatric patients, and Level II NICU infants. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a diverse and rewarding opportunity across multiple specialties.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Fairview Hospital
• Department/Unit: Women and Children's Float Pool
• Schedule: Full-time, Night shift

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required.

• One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience required.
• One year of NICU/MB/Pediatrics experience preferred.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred for Critical Care areas.
