Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Ohio
• BLS Certification
• NRP Certification
• STABLE Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, and/or Postpartum

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients based on established standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to establish and communicate a collaborative plan of care.
• Implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care according to patient goals and outcomes.
• Document all patient care activities according to established standards.
• Educate patients and significant others based on identified learning needs.
• Participate in nursing department initiatives and contribute to committee work.
