Requirements:
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Ohio
- BLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- STABLE Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, and/or Postpartum
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients based on established standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to establish and communicate a collaborative plan of care.
- Implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care according to patient goals and outcomes.
- Document all patient care activities according to established standards.
- Educate patients and significant others based on identified learning needs.
- Participate in nursing department initiatives and contribute to committee work.
