This travel assignment in a large medical-surgical unit provides a dynamic environment with 45 beds and 28 telemetry beds, featuring advanced support through a hospital-wide virtual nurse assistance system. • Current RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in a med-surg setting preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a 1:4-1:6 patient ratio
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring a plus
• Adaptable and collaborative with a positive attitude

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a varied patient population in both med-surg and telemetry settings
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, intervening appropriately as condition changes
• Partner with internal staff and utilize the virtual nurse assistance platform to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarity
• Maintain a safe environment and comply with all relevant protocols and regulations
