This travel assignment in a large medical-surgical unit provides a dynamic environment with 45 beds and 28 telemetry beds, featuring advanced support through a hospital-wide virtual nurse assistance system. Schedule/Hours- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in a med-surg setting preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a 1:4-1:6 patient ratio
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring a plus
- Adaptable and collaborative with a positive attitude
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a varied patient population in both med-surg and telemetry settings
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status, intervening appropriately as condition changes
- Partner with internal staff and utilize the virtual nurse assistance platform to enhance patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarity
- Maintain a safe environment and comply with all relevant protocols and regulations

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
