Registered Nurse
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring safety and optimal health outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes or adverse reactions.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families on management of health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical interventions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid RN license and current licensure in the applicable state.
- Demonstrate at least 1-2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
- Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
- Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
