Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44106!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Cleveland, OH

Contract | Onsite | Rotating Shift (Day/Night 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit, monitoring and managing patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring
• Perform ECG rhythm recognition and respond appropriately to cardiac changes in patient condition
• Float to additional units as operationally needed to care for the same patient population
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in holiday rotation coverage as required by facility scheduling needs

• Active Registered Nurse license – must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted)
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required

• 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility location
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration practices

• Opportunity to work at a nationally recognized, high-acuity medical campus with exposure to a diverse and complex patient population
• Contract extensions available for high-performing travelers, with the potential to remain on assignment for an extended period
