Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

$2080.80/week –

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs and clinical status.
• Recognize and respond promptly to abnormal ECG rhythms and patient emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Complete required assessments and documentation accurately and timely.
• Comply with all facility and regulatory requirements, including certifications and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Ohio license or valid compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months recent experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments.
• Provide one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
• Maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications; willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
• Successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate with acceptable scores.
