Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

$2080.80/week –

Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. Ensures patient safety, manages clinical procedures, and collaborates with healthcare team to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations.
• Document patient care activities and clinical observations meticulously.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and post-discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or Compact license for RN practice.
• Minimum of 18 months of full-time, perm experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required at the time of application.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate procedures.
• Pass an assessment on ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate during orientation.
• Provide a manager or supervisor reference from within the past 12 months.
