Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

$2080.80/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide medical-surgical and telemetry care for a 20-week assignment, with options for 13-week coverage. The role requires precise scheduling and adherence to all facility requirements to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting according to hospital protocols.
• Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms accurately to assess patient status.
• Complete assessments and document care efficiently within shift timelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS as required.
• Ensure all documentation, including shift hours and assessments, are entered accurately into the system.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio or Compact State license in hand prior to start date.
• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• Active BLS, ACLS certifications; NIHSS certification required prior to starting.
• One recent reference from a supervisor or manager in the applicable specialty within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration.
• Ability to pass the ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessments with acceptable scores.
