Registered Nurse – IMC​/PCU​/Stepdown

$2080.80/week –

Job Summary:

The registered nurse in IMC/PCU/Stepdown provides comprehensive patient care in a specialized unit, closely monitoring patient conditions and administering treatments. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing services to facilitate patient recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical conditions regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Current state RN license required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a stepdown or ICU setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred or within the first 3 months of employment.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to respond to patient needs swiftly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
