Medical Surgical – Neuro Registered Nurse Opportunity
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Surgical – Neuro to provide comprehensive patient care. The role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring optimal outcomes for neuro, trauma, spine, and oncology patients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to neuro and surgical patients.
- Circulate during surgical procedures in orthopedics, trauma, spine, and oncology cases.
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Adhere to hospital protocols regarding holiday coverage, weekend shifts, and on-call duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid registered nurse license in the relevant state.
- Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing, particularly neuro, trauma, and oncology cases.
- Ability to work holiday shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
- Strong circulating skills in the operating room preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable team player with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
