Job Title
RQI Coordinator
DutiesThe RQI Coordinator duties include but are not limited to:
- Deliver, coordinate, and maintain high-quality BLS and ALS education across all departments in alignment with RQI program standards.
- Assess staff learning needs and develop concise, evidence-based training and simulation experiences.
- Organize, facilitate, and evaluate mock codes; support interdisciplinary review of emergency response performance.
- Monitor RQI compliance, maintain accurate training documentation, and provide timely reports for leadership.
- Analyze training and performance data to measure outcomes and recommend improvements to education programs.
- Collaborate with leaders and committees to identify training priorities and support staff competency and clinical decision-making.

Pay:
Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
