Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Location:
Cleveland, OH
Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
Job Description:
The Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) will support patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. This role requires expertise in telemetry monitoring and will involve critical decision-making to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess conditions.
- Administer medications and perform specialized nursing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
- Current, valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
- One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission.
