Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse license in the state Minimum of 1 year of critical care or step-down experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Provide care for patients in the Medical Step-Down unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes in status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
