Medical Surgical Nurse

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Demonstrate experience in medical-surgical nursing, preferably with a 45-bed med-surg unit.
- Possess strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-volume environment.
