About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse and make a difference in the lives of our patients in Cleveland, OH. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated professionals to provide assessments in a supportive environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Perform Client Assessments
- Assist in the training and supervision of Homecare Staff.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
- Degree in Nursing (RN).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
