Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele in Cleveland, Ohio. Travel assignment starts 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,958 to $2,053. • Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC

• Provide nursing care for Med/Surg patients requiring Med/Surg or Tele level of care
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine procedures per protocol
• Conduct ongoing assessments, document in the medical record, and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support care planning and coordination
• Ensure patient safety, perform routine nursing tasks, wound care, and discharge planning education
• Respond to patient status changes and participate in code/rapid response protocols as required

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg or Tele nursing experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating day/night schedules
• Education:
  
  active RN credential; BSN preferred
• Eligibility for travel assignments and ability to practice in a Med/Surg/Tele setting

• 13-week travel assignment with Med/Surg Tele focus
• Assignment support and coordination through Healthforce Healthcare LLC
• Credentialing and onboarding assistance prior to start
• Ongoing travel and scheduling support throughout the assignment
• Direct access to a dedicated recruiter for questions and guidance
