Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services. Performs clinical assessments, administers treatments, and collaborates with healthcare teams to promote patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient status and document clinical observations accurately.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, hygiene, and institutional policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Proven experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
