Description:
EOW/EOH required. Intermittent charge responsibilities may be required. Charge training and shadowing is offered. This unit specializes in solid organ transplant and bariatric surgery. Typical patient population includes pre-op and post-op solid organ transplant patients and post-op bariatric surgery patients. Other general medical/surgical patients may also be included. This unit has available step-down beds that will be filled with medical/surgical patients when there are no step-down patients.
While efforts are made to ensure step-down patients go to specific staff, assignments cannot be guaranteed. Applicants should take this into consideration when applying.
