Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in medical-surgical units, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment. Maintain a high standard of patient care consistent with facility policies and clinical best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient responses and document clinical observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols during all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and appropriate state licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Flexibility to work intermittent shifts and respond to changing staffing needs.
