Med/Surg Tele RN Opportunity

$2448.00/week

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN to provide dedicated patient care on a temporary basis. The role involves rotating shifts and potentially floating to additional units to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Tele unit.
• Perform accurate ECG rhythm recognition and respond promptly to arrhythmias.
• Administer medications following strict safety protocols and facility guidelines.
• Monitor patient status and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Complete all required certifications and assessments during orientation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or Compact State license in hand at submission.
• Possess 18 months of recent, combined perm experience in Med/Surg Tele, preferably within one location.
• Demonstrate at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience, including travel.
• Maintain active CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition and Safe Medicate assessments with acceptable scores.
• Be willing to work at least every other holiday shift.
