This is a Med/Surg Telemetry RN travel/contract night shift position at a hospital in Warrensville Heights, OH. The role requires a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and an Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand. This is an AUTO OFFER – 36 HOURS position with night shifts (3x12).
Key Responsibilities- Work night shifts (3x12 hours, 36 hours per week) on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
- Work at least every other holiday as required by the facility.
- Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessments during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
- Ohio RN License or Compact State License — must be in hand at time of submission (PERM license required).
- AHA BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
- Must have at least 18 months of permanent (PERM) Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Physical Requirements
- Night shift position (19:00–7:30, 3x12-hour shifts).
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
- COVID-19 vaccination required — medical/religious exemptions only.
- Flu vaccination required — medical/religious exemptions only.
- PBDS Assessment is waived for this position.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Failure to achieve an acceptable score may impact contract continuation.
