Position: Nursing Quality and Professional Practice Program Manager,

As a Nursing Quality and Professional Practice Program Manager at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will lead nursing quality initiatives and facilitate performance improvement activities related to quality metrics, patient safety, and practice compliance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead local nursing quality initiatives in collaboration with the enterprise nursing quality team.
  • Serve as the site facilitator for nursing-sensitive quality data reporting to the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI).
  • Facilitate performance improvement activities related to quality metrics, patient safety, and practice compliance.
  • Manage the Magnet Recognition Program or Pathway Recognition Program in accordance with ANCC standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality outcomes, including nursing-sensitive quality data.
  • Manage all aspects of the collection, administration, benchmarking, and dissemination of the NDNQI database and nursing-sensitive indicators.
  • Collaborate with nursing and organizational leadership to develop key annual performance indicators.
  • Provide written and verbal data reviews to nursing and other leaders, including executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities around quality, safety, and patient experience priorities.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to nurses at all levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Experience: Five years of clinical nursing experience required
  • Nursing leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with project management or performance management activities preferred
  • Licenses &

    Certifications:

    Registered Nurse (RN) with license in the current state of employment
  • Quality or nursing leadership certification within two years required
