Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care and support recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health status and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
