Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RNs for night shifts at Cleveland Clinic - Hillcrest Hospital. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to surgical and medical patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor medications and treatments with precision and adherence to physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms, responding promptly to abnormal findings.
• Document patient information accurately within electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with all certification, licensure, and hospital policies.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including nicotine and drug screening requirements, and complete annual competencies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license at the time of submission.
• Possess minimum of 18 months of recent, relevant PERMANENT Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration.
• Provide at least one recent reference from a manager or supervisor within the last 12 months.
• Be compliant with all travel and licensing requirements, including background checks and drug screenings.
