Registered Nurse Medical Surgical​/Tele

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within a Medical-Surgical/Tele environment, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in managing complex cases and maintaining clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Educate patients and families about health management and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Document patient interactions and clinical findings accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of 1-year Med Surg Tele experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency due to unit complexity.
• Preferred: BSN or professional certification recognized by the Magnet designation.
• 1-2 years of Med Surg or Tele experience preferred.
