Working in a dynamic medical-surgical unit with 45 beds, including 28 telemetry beds, youll build on your professional expertise while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams supported by virtual nurse assistance hospital-wide. The patient ratio varies from 1:4 to 1:6, offering both challenge and opportunity as you deliver exemplary patient-centered care.

Key

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Recent medical-surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency in monitoring and caring for telemetry patients
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and committed to team-based care
• Experience working with virtual nursing resources a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to adult patients on the med-surg and telemetry units
• Monitor patient progress, including interpreting telemetry data
• Advocate for patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies
