Job Summary:

Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting, the Registered Nurse ensures quality patient outcomes through skilled assessment, planning, and intervention. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the relevant state.
