Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and observe patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge instructions.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate concerns as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse with current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Proven experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
