Role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document diagnoses.
- Perform additional LPN duties as assigned.
- Current LPN license in the practice state.
- Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card.
Strong assessment and documentation skills, flexibility in scheduling shifts (day, evening, night, weekends), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, financial, and lifestyle benefits.
