Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry
This is a 18-week contract position.
This position requires a night shift schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts, from 19:00 to 07:00.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' health status.
- Implement and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
