Description:
Provide clinical care for surgical and trauma ICU patients.
Engage in thorough patient assessments and monitoring.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Support family members and ensure effective communication regarding patient status.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures at all times.
Demonstrate the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance.
Remain adaptable to changing patient needs and emergencies.
Fulfill weekend and holiday requirements as needed.
