At The Centers, meaningful work is grounded in a culture where people feel valued. As a 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces winner
, the organization is nationally recognized, based entirely on employee feedback, for trust, purpose, and care. This position plays an important role in advancing our mission and supporting the communities we serve

As a Crisis Services Shift Supervisor
, you won't just oversee operations. You will be the stabilizing force on the floor — the leader who ensures every guest receives compassionate, coordinated, high-quality care from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they take their next step in recovery.

This is leadership with purpose. If you are a licensed clinical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and wants to make a tangible impact in your community, we want to hear from you.

Shifts include:
  • 7:00am-3:30pm
  • 3:00pm-11:30pm
  • 11:00pm-7:30am
  • 7:00am-7:30pm
  • 7:00pm-7:30pm

All shifts include working every other weekend.

What You Bring
  • Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Licensure (Required): Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Registered Nurse (RN). LISW‑S preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a community mental health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting, with progressively increasing responsibilities. Minimum 2 years of post‑licensure experience (LISW or RN) preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize competing demands, exercise sound judgment, and respond effectively to operational issues; comfort working in a fast‑paced crisis services environment with the ability to collaborate fluidly across service lines.
What You Will Do
  • Lead with clarity and care: provide shift‑level leadership across all crisis programs at the GRC, overseeing daily operations, staffing, and service coordination while promoting a culture of open, service‑centered care through coaching, role modeling, and accountability.
  • Be the on‑site point of contact: serve as the go‑to resource for operational problem‑solving and issue resolution during your shift, ensuring that both clinical and operational challenges are met with sound judgment and decisive action.
  • Drive guest outcomes: actively facilitate service milestones and guest throughput, collaborating across service lines to support the achievement of each individual's Crisis Care Plan goals — from registration through direct guest care.
  • Uphold standards that protect people: ensure incident reports and shift documentation are completed with accuracy and in accordance with established standards; maintain deep knowledge of the policies, regulations, and workflows governing crisis service delivery, including full compliance with HIPAA and all applicable privacy requirements.
  • Contribute to a learning culture: through active participation in departmental meetings, cross‑functional collaboration, and organizational decision‑making, help shape the future of crisis care at The Centers.
  • Stay ready for anything: be physically capable and willing to participate in all levels of de‑escalation, consistent with your training, licensure, and program expectations.
The Environment You Will Work In

The Glick Recovery Campus operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
, providing crisis services across psychiatric, substance use, and related healthcare settings. This role spans administrative, clinical, and common areas of the campus and involves regular, direct interaction with individuals receiving services, visitors, and interdisciplinary staff.

This is not a desk job. It is dynamic, physical, and deeply human. You will be moving throughout the campus, responding promptly to operational and clinical needs, and working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team committed to recovery and community wellness.
