New Grad RN Resident - Transplant Specialty Care

About This Role

As a New Grad RN Resident in the Transplant Specialty Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide direct nursing care while participating in a residency core curriculum tailored to your learning needs. This role is ideal for new graduates or those with less than one year of RN experience who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: Day/Night rotation with weekend rotation required

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a successful coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

• Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
• Experience:
  • New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience
• Licenses &

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
