• Department/Unit: Fairview Hospital
• Schedule: Per Diem, Variable shifts

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients' conditions.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
• Maintain professional growth and development through ongoing education and clinical nursing study.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required.

• External applicants: 2 years of recent related nursing experience.
• Internal applicants:
  Less than 2 years of experience, with post-orientation/90-day probationary period considered.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
