New Grad RN Resident - Digestive Disease Institute

About This Role

As a New Grad RN Resident at Cleveland Clinic's Digestive Disease Institute, you will assist caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care while participating in a residency core curriculum tailored to your learning needs.

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: 7am – 7:30pm or 7pm – 7:30am, including every other holiday on rotation

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach
• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health
• Seek supervision and assistance when needed
• Document in patients’ medical records

• Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
• Experience:
  • New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
