About This Role
As an RN in the Radiation Oncology department at Cleveland Clinic’s Taussig Cancer Center, you will provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, interacting directly with patients and families to enhance their experience and deliver exceptional care.
Highlights- Pay: $31.50 - $49.90/hour
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Schedule: Days from 7:30AM – 4:00PM or 8:30AM – 5:00PM
- Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
- Assess health status and complete nursing assessments.
- Perform telephone triage and establish care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Initiate CPR and other emergency measures.
- Notify the physician of abnormal findings.
- Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Develop and document health education for patients and families.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
- One year of recent experience as an RN
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
- Access to professional development resources, including further education and online/in-person courses.
