About This Role
As an RN in the Med Surg unit at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide exceptional nursing care in a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about enhancing patient experiences and implementing best practices in healthcare.
Highlights- Pay: $43.00/hour
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Facility: Fairview Hospital
- Department/Unit: 5 North Complex Medical Care Unit
- Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patients' conditions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
- Maintain professional growth and development through ongoing education and clinical nursing study.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2 years of recent related nursing experience for external applicants
- Less than 2 years of experience for internal applicants, with post-orientation/90-day probationary period considered
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required if in a Critical Care area, to be presented upon hire or within the first year
