About This Role
Join Cleveland Clinic's Neurological Institute as an Assistant Nurse Manager, overseeing a specialized unit that manages various neurological conditions. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to contribute to innovative neurological care in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among unit staff and other departments.
- Ensure continuity of patient care information between shifts.
- Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers.
- Provide ongoing clinical evaluations of nurses and other care providers.
- Counsel employees on performance issues and monitor attendance.
- Alert Nurse Manager of significant clinical or performance issues.
- Participate in interviewing and appraising employee performance.
- Supervise and participate in the daily delivery of patient care.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- 2 years of recent clinical nurse experience required
Certifications:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
